OEM stakeholders:

In 2017, the Used Oil Management Associations of Canada -including, the (BCUOMA); Alberta Used Oil Management Association (AUOMA); Saskatchewan Association for Resource Recovery Corp. (SARRC); Manitoba Association for Resource Recovery Corp. (MARRC); Société de gestion des huiles usages du Québec (SOGHU); and Atlantic Used Oil Associations (UOMA NB and UOMA PE) -undertook a stakeholder consultation to review the Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) categories for the initial fill of lubricating oil, automotive glycol fluid (anti-freeze/coolant), and oil filters, as outlined in the Initial Fill (OEM) Category Summary, 2015.

The Associations have collectively approved an updated Initial Fill (OEM) Category Summary, which will be effective April 1, 2018. Click here to view the Letter to OEM Members sent on behalf of the UOMAs in Canada on December 29, 2017.
